    stretching improves flexsbility or range of motion. stretching prevent injuries when performed prior to exercise.

    How to do this

    1. Find out what muscles are tense or stiff.
    2. Do some warmup before streching if you are going to do hard stretching.
    3. Find some good stretching exercises.
    4. Stretch for a minute until and make sure you feel a slight pain. Feel the muscles being stretched.
    5. When finished drink some water.
