How to do this
- Find out what muscles are tense or stiff.
- Do some warmup before streching if you are going to do hard stretching.
- Find some good stretching exercises.
- Stretch for a minute until and make sure you feel a slight pain. Feel the muscles being stretched.
- When finished drink some water.
